What time does the event start?
Registration opens at 9:15am.
10K race: 10:00am
3K Family Fun Run: 10:10am
Is the race chip timed?
Yes. Both the 10K and the 3K Family Fun Run are chip timed.
Where can I park?
Parking near the start area is very limited.
Please car share where possible or consider using public transport.
How do I get there by public transport?
Train: Claygate Station (10 minute walk)
Bus: K3 to Milbourne Lane
Are there toilets?
Yes. Toilets are available at The Swan Inn near the start/finish area and at the cafe on the REC.
Are headphones allowed?
We recommend not wearing headphones. If you do choose to wear them, please keep the volume low and ideally use only one ear so you remain aware of other runners and marshals.
Can I run for charity?
Yes. Many runners choose to raise money for charity. The event itself supports the Esher Church School Association.
